North and South Chinese, Technically

I don't believe South Chinese are delicate in the way more North Chinese are.  Maybe, the Vietnamese are, in a way.  They can be skinny.  That doesn't make them fragile.  The Chinese are very different from Europeans.  My mom is different because she's Chinese-Indonesian.  The Chinese were not settled by Europeans, but Indonesia was, by the Dutch.  So, it must be a pretty interesting place, now.  It seems more Dutch than Dutch.  Whitney Houston was part Dutch, and she seemed more Dutch than Dutch.  Wikipedia says in the Chinese-Indonesian entry that some of the Chinese-Indonesians are considered more Dutch than the Dutch.  They took down where it said they were raided in their homes by Europeans and called as Chinese the most hated race.  With all the respect mainland China garners, that says something bad for Europeans, who don't know war is never right, never right and never good.
