Expressing Feelings Just to Affect Others

It seems people who caused things don't get in trouble, but, rather, the good guys do for playing along, like for a relationship or something they want you to do.  People don't seem to listen, though, for what's what, and it endangers the lives of others.  They want to get every nook and cranny, but something is definitely wrong.

Anyway, some people feel what they feel, but they think about it and then feel something else.  They say they're okay, but then you find, unprepared, at least for others, it is an issue.  They try to make it seem as nostalgic and hard to bear, as possible.  You find, for some reason, that person is going along upset, supposedly, not caring about other people, just acting like it's all about them or them and maybe their kids or something like that, in some way that affects your life.  Like, they'll want to be friends and then confuse you just to throw something back at you that's not right and act like you did something wrong and get everyone to do and think the same thing.  Like, they'll say it's for their technical family, even if they're in a relationship not married.  They'll get mad at obscure things you do, and they'll act like it was "for their family!"
