Joking

Have you ever seen someone get sarcastic, like they used to do something and then they made you feel bad and act sarcastic about it.  Like, they might do it in a taunting way, now, or ban together as a family to some extent in that.  Like, they'll be kinda spunky and menacing.  Like, that thing could be something they used to do to make you feel important or maybe as a joke or something?
